Personality
At entirely first glance, this boy seems to be socially awkward, a bit dim witted and occasionally rude. This is actually mostly accurate. He tends to be in his own little world, entirely captivated by beautiful landscapes and sights. And that's only if captivated means entirely obsessed and infatuated by. Where as the boy enjoys the company of other stallions (mares terrify him), he'd much rather spend his time alone in a gorgeous place. Often he can spend a week or two in one place, then move on to find another and fall in love all over again. It seems to be his goal in life to find the beauty in everything, it's excessive and completely rules his life at times. If beauty were to be taken away from him, he'd become very sad and try to find it in another way. However it'd probably be impossible to get him truly depressed, as he always find beauty or happiness in someway. He tries not to fight often and will stick up for himself to an extent, but he's more submissive when it comes to taking orders and probably wouldn't fight very hard for his freedom at risk of losing everything compared to just freedom.
History
He was born in captivity to his show horse mother, his father was just bought for a breeding so he was no where around. He stayed there the first year of his life, gelded early on and sent to live with the fillies of the barn. They were all stubborn and bitchy, often kicking at him and stealing his grain when left alone. It was never anything too terrible, but enough to make him shy far away from them. He was rather happy with his life at the barn, often taken out on trails and out to see sights. However he was kept in an area where tornadoes were predominant and it wasn't rare for one to get too close for comfort to the barns. It didn't take very long for one to actually touch down, though it was in the far end of the pastures and only damaged a small portion of fencing, so no one took much notice. One of the dimmer barn hands let the gelding and a few of his filly companions out into the damaged pasture, to which all of them got out and went exploring. They ended up going pretty far, but the farm hands caught up to them within two days and captured one of the fillies easily. The others didn't want to go, so they ran off and Py simply followed their lead. They managed to run pretty far, losing the farm hands once they entered a rather large forest, the branches too low for the riders. At this point the colt had lost his companions and was very much alone and scared. He wandered around for a few days and began losing energy fast. Although on the third day, he found his way out of the forest where it lead out to a scarily vast field. There were a few other horses in the field, a stallion and a few mares. Being lonely, he called out to them and tried to approach them. The mares didn't seem to care for his presence, but the stallion and what seemed to be his mate came up to meet him. They weren't too pleased at first, calling him a spy, but after he pleaded and related his situation they agreed to let him stay until he got his bearings. The herd eventually got to be his home and he came to understand that the paranoid herd was actually a rather nice place to be. He lost quite a bit of weight, but became all the more sturdy over the next two years of his time with them. At this point he figured he'd be able to make it on his own and left with his head in the clouds. The boy, through some amazing amount of sheer luck, managed to survive as a nomad with a minimal amount of injuries and scars. He'd move from place to place, often meeting up with other stragglers for a little while before moving on. By the time he was about five, he'd already decided what he wanted to do and that was to explore as much as he could and see everything he could.
